User Guide to Reports Subscription
Salesken makes your lives easy as always and help you unleash the power of your sales-team.
Now you can receive hourly, daily and weekly reports of your sales-team through Email or WhatsApp. The below set of instructions will help you to subscribe to the reports.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBSCRIBING TO REPORTS:
Step 1: Login to Salesken application: app.salesken.ai through your manager account
Step 2: Click on “My Account” from the drop down icon on the top right corner of the screen
Step 3: Go-to “Email settings” on the left side panel
Step 4: Click on “select Type of subscription” to see the options for type of subscription (i.e. Hourly, Daily & Weekly)
Step 5: For subscribing to “Weekly Reports”
Select “Weekly” from the drop down
Enter your preferred day and time to receive the weekly report
Email Subscription: If you would wish to subscribe the reports through custom email not through your account email then enter the email addresses one by one in the emails section and click subscribe
WhatsApp subscription: If you would wish to subscribe the reports through Whatsapp then enter your whatsapp numbers one by one in the whatsapp numbers section and click subscribe
Email & WhatsApp subscription: If you wish to subscribe the reports through both email & whatsapp then enter both email addresses and whatsapp numbers and then click subscribe
Step 6: For subscribing to “Daily Reports”
Select “Daily” from the drop down
Enter your preferred time to receive the daily report for everyday.
Email Subscription: If you would wish to subscribe the reports through custom email not your account email then enter the email addresses one by one separated by space in the emails section and click subscribe
WhatsApp subscription: If you would wish to subscribe the reports through email then enter your whatsapp numbers one by one in the whatsapp numbers section and click subscribe
Email & WhatsApp subscription: If you wish to subscribe the reports through both email & whatsapp then enter both email addresses and whatsapp numbers and then click subscribe
Step 7: For subscribing to “Hourly Reports”
Select “Hourly” from the drop down
Enter your preferred time slot to receive the hourly reports for everyday.
Email Subscription: If you would wish to subscribe the reports through custom email not through account email then enter the email addresses one by one in the emails section and click subscribe.
Please note that you need to click the check-box for the teams you wish to subscribe.WhatsApp subscription: If you would wish to subscribe the reports through Whatsapp then enter your whatsapp numbers one by one in the whatsapp numbers section and click subscribe
Email & WhatsApp subscription: If you wish to subscribe the reports through both email & whatsapp then enter both email addresses and whatsapp numbers and then click subscribe

How do my Weekly, Daily & Hourly reports look like?
Is there an option to unsubscribe to these reports whenever I want?
Yes.
To unsubscribe WhatsApp reports, you can just reply “Stop”.Can I change time in my daily subscription?
Yes. Date, time and users can be modified from settings in your Salesken manager account.Do I have an option to choose between Email and Whatsapp?
