A ‘download icon’ has been created which will download the recording of any particular call when viewed under activity logs report. The recordings will be downloaded in .wav format. 


The download icon is available on opening a particular call: 




Downloading the call recording:


  1. Login to your Salesken ‘manager’ account.

  2. Under the ‘reports’ menu, go to ‘activity log’. 

  3. Click on a call to open the call details page. 

  4. Click on the download button above the recording. 


Please note that we don’t have an option to bulk-download all the recordings.
