Once you have installed the Chrome add-on and the Web Client Extender, you can use the Salesken Web Phone Extension to directly make calls to the customers.
Calls can be made in two ways -
1. Call via Internet - Your call will be placed via the Salesken server.
2. Call via Phone - You will receive a call to your registered phone number which, in turn, connects you to the customer.
You can choose the mode of a call by switching between the tabs at the bottom of the dialer.
Please note that the web client extender must be running on your device if you want to use the dialer. You can tell if the extender is running by the indicator icon on top of the Salesken add-on icon in the Chrome browser.
