To view the ‘Contacts’ screen, click on ‘Contacts’ at the bottom menu.
In the Contacts screen, you can view your saved leads and the leads imported from Salesforce by your manager.
To make an outbound call to a lead/customer in the Contacts list, just tap on the lead/customer record.
To do a quick find of a lead, tap on the search icon at the top right corner and start typing in the lead’s name or number. The list filters as you type. You can use this to locate the lead/customer to call them.
