When you register for a Salesken account, a phone number is allotted to you through our telephony services. This can be viewed by tapping on ‘Telephony Settings’ in the Profile screen.


When a customer wants to contact you, they may do so using this number. When you do get an incoming call, it comes alongside a notification like this –


The call may be received directly from the customer’s number or patched through a bridged number. This means that the number that shows up may be any number and not necessarily the customer’s contact number. 


To call the customer back, use the dialer on your Salesken app and the number from your contacts screen.
