To view a report on signals, click on ‘Reports’ in the top menu and navigate to the ‘Signal Analysis’ tab. This can be sorted and filtered as required.

This report gives you a signal-wise breakdown of the number of instances where a signal was observed during your sales conversations and the percentage of your sales conversations where the signal was observed at least once (also referred to as 'coverage').

The signals can be observed using two different types of reports.

A rep can switch between these two signals by clicking at the right-hand corner of the page.
