The productivity report can be accessed by clicking on ‘Reports’ in the top menu and navigating to the ‘productivity’ tab. This can be sorted, filtered and downloaded as required.
This report shows you how many conversations you were able to have and the total time spent on these conversations on any given day during the chosen time interval.
You can also view a date-wise breakdown of the number of conversations and the total duration of conversations during that particular day.
