To perform all lead-related actions, click on ‘Leads’ in the top navigation bar.


To add a product and pipeline to a lead, click on the three dots at the end of that lead’s row.


1. Choose the ‘Edit’ option.

2. A pop-up appears with details that can be edited.

3. To add which stage of the sales pipeline the lead is in, choose the ‘Pipeline’ and ‘Stage’ from the dropdowns.

4. To assign a product to the lead, choose the ‘Product’ from the drop-down.

5. Schedule a task for your lead by adding the ‘Date’ and ‘Time'.

6. Click on the ‘ALLOCATE’ button.



You have now added a product and the stage of the sales pipeline to the lead.
