To view your qualified leads, click on ‘Leads’ in the top menu bar, and navigate to the ‘Qualified’ tab.

Tip - To find a lead quickly, use the search bar on the top of the page.

Qualified leads are those leads who’ve been vetted by your marketing teams as valid prospects.

The leads can be viewed based on the ‘Source Type' (uploaded, online, or manually dialed from the browser) and the 'Activities’(the tasks involved - call, email, webinar, or presentation) filters at the top right corners of the screen.

These leads are ones with whom you’ve already had conversations. Signals that mark a successful conversation are displayed right under the lead’s details. The ones that did mark this particular conversation are indicated by the green tick icon next to them. The signals that weren't made during the conversation are indicated by the red x icon.

To edit, delete or change the status of any of these leads, click on the three dots at the end of each lead’s row.

To view your history of conversations with this particular lead, choose the ‘Details’ option after clicking on the three dots.

The ‘Task History’ pop-up shows details of each conversation you’ve had with this lead. A detailed explanation of this pop-up can be read here.

You can also view all target leads, mark leads as lost, and mark leads as won by switching between the tabs on top.
