To place calls from the Salesken portal, simply click on the ‘CALL’ button at the top right corner of the dashboard. Alternatively, you can also click on the ‘CALL button in the pending task cards.

Clicking on these buttons opens up the dialer which looks like this - 

Once you type in a valid phone number with the country code prefixed, you can place the call using two options - 

1. Through the Internet - Your call will be placed via the Salesken web app.

2. Through the Phone - You will receive a call to your registered phone number which, in turn, connects you to the customer. 

At any point in time, if you have trouble with the Dialer, you can use the ‘Help’ button at the bottom right corner of the main screen.
