To perform all lead-related actions, click on ‘Leads’ in the top navigation bar.
To assign a rep to a lead, click on the three dots at the end of that lead’s row.
1. Choose the ‘Edit’ option.
2. A pop-up appears with details that can be edited.
3. To assign a rep to the lead, choose the rep under the ‘Associate’ dropdown.
4. To add which stage of the sales pipeline the lead is in, choose the ‘Pipeline’ and ‘Stage’ from the dropdowns.
5. Schedule the lead to your tasks by adding the ‘Date’ and ‘Time'.
6. Click on the ‘ALLOCATE’ button.
You have now added a rep and the stage of the sales pipeline to the lead.
