To perform all lead-related actions, click on ‘Leads’ in the top menu bar.
To mark a lead as won or lost, click on the three dots at the end of the row displaying the lead details in the listing.
Mark Lead As Won
To mark a lead as ‘Won’, click on the ‘Won’ option.
1. A ‘Won Lead’ pop-up appears with lead details.
2. Enter the deal value in the text box.
3. Click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Mark Lead As Lost
To mark a lead as ‘Lost’, click on the ‘Lost’ option.
1. A ‘Lost Lead’ pop-up appears with lead details.
2. Enter the reason for losing the lead in the text area.
3. Click on the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the pop-up.
