You can change your Salesken profile details at any point in time. All you have to do is -
1. Make sure that you are logged in.
2. Click on your name in the upper right corner of the top bar.
3. Click on ‘My Account'.
4. On the ‘My Account' page, you can edit your
Profile Picture
Name
Language Preferences (the language in which the sales conversations usually take place)
If you’d like to update your registered phone number, please contact the Salesken support team, and they will do it for you. For customers using Salesken Telephony, the new number will need to be verified. This is done by a call from our telephony provider to this number. To verify the new number, answer this call.
