Uninstalling Salesken Web Phone Extension Print

If you have decided to discontinue Salesken Web Phone Extension, you need to remove two components from your system.

1. Remove Salesken Chrome Extension Add-on

a. Click on the 'extensions' icon on the top right of your toolbar on your chrome browser.

b. Click on the three dots menu options icon next to Salesken and choose “Remove from Chrome” from the menu options.

2. Remove Salesken Web Client Extender

a. Click on Settings > Add/Remove Programs> Select Salesken Web Client Extender > Uninstall

Please note that logging out is different from uninstalling the Web Phone.
